I really enjoyed knitting this sweater and I plan on using the extended garter stitch in future knits. It was an interesting spin on the regular garter stitch. I particularly like the bell sleeves and would like to adjust or use patterns with a similar design element (maybe not so big on a more fitted sweater). But for Klara I think this sleeve was a great element and fitted the overall look. I still can't believe how easy it was to knit, but I guess with 4 rectangles (no shaping) it was a great "knit without worries" sweater for the most part. And would I knit it again? Sure, it would make a great stash buster sweater and I think it would have a totally different look in a solid.

Wow, it looks great! I love that colour way on you. Mine is blocking as we speak, and I should have pictures soon!
I am sooooo jealous. That colorway is so damn gorgeous!!!
I want it soooooo bad.... maybe I'll get the pattern first and then...
starts saving pennies :)
As always - your sweaters are beautiful. Awesome job. I'm sure you will get some good use out of it.
It's fabulous! And the colorway is a beauty. Congrats on a beautiful sweater.
Gorgeous as always! Congrats on finishing it.
Lovely, lovely sweater. The extended garter stitch is really interesting!
I love it! Great job. I have to start mine soon now.
We're twins! It looks fab on you, nice work. I'm thinking I might make one using the magic ball technique to use up some oddballs.
WOW, Froggy, I cannot believe that your Klaralund is already done - and it looks so wonderful!!!
The colourway is great, too. It's a pity that Silk Garden is so scratchy... and I am not sure if the pattern looks as good with a substitution.
Congratulations!!
So you can start a new thing now... :-))
Lovely! I'm so glad that you mentioned "stash buster" and "solid" with regard to Klaralund -- that's been slowly marinating in the far recesses of my mind and I wondered if I was alone...
Klaralund looks fabulous! Inspiration to block and sew mine.

SuperFantastic! :)
[mind if I ask how much ease you allowed?]
Awesome! The panels - the stripe contrasts - look so neat together. The colors remind me of sunset and Life Savers...two of my favorite things. :) Anyway, it's a great Klaralund. Very flattering and fun!
That looks cute on you...well, as much as I can tell from the pic, Oh Headless One.
Kudos on your Klara! Looks very fab!
It looks great on you! What a fancy sweater! The colors are really beautiful. Great job.
What a hip sweater! It's hard to believe that it's only 4 rectangles AND no shaping. What fun!
Congrats! It looks great! I knit mine in the same colorway, and I finished the knitting this morning. I'm even more excited about this now that I see your finished product. Soon I'll have one, too! Woo hoo!!
Great job! You wear it well.
Oh wow, that is one sweet Klaralund. I'm envious.
Beautiful sweater! The color is definitely you! Enjoy it!
Wow! Lookin' fab in that Klaralund. Thx for teaching me not to be afraid to redo. I think I'm a mag addict like you 'cause I purchased 18 back copies of Interweave Knits and Knitter's for $2 ea at Knitting in La Jolla 800-956-knit. She has tons left. I also graduated to a 3mm addis and am doing a H. Webb beaded Koigu bag IW Win 02/03. I love the addis. Thx for your inspiration.
That's a gorgeous sweater!
The Klara came out beautiful. I've been reading over the pattern while in the Shop (I work in Fells Point on Saturdays) and am playing with the idea of knitting up one in Kureyon. I've got a question for you, do you think this would work if the bottom two rectangles were knit in the round instead of flat?
It's beautiful! I love the color. I have some bright Kureyon that would work at the same gauge and have considered knitting thing but you definitely make it more tempting...
Wow! Very nice! Thank you for the photos! I am just getting to the extended garter. . .your sweater looks great!
Your Klaralund looks gorgeous!!! I love the colorway and the look - I wasn't sure I'd like how it looked until I saw it on people I know, lol. :)
Oh, it's AMAZING! Great colors on you. Beautiful job!
(hmmm, I have that same colorway. hmmmmm)
Wow - that looks gorgeous! I was thinking about using some stash yarn in solid black to make this with, although it wont be as stunning as silk garden. Gorgeous!
Adding my Kudos to all the others. Great job abd great colors!
Okay...by far your Klaralund has the most beautiful color way! Not to put anyone else's down, but you just know how to pick 'em.
What beautiful work, Froggy! It looks super-d-duper! :) Thanks for the kind words on my blog!
Your Klara is so beautiful! Looks like it fits like a dream, no small feat for simple rectangles. :)
Fabulous! Gorgeous! Great sweater, beautiful knitting, lovely colours -- bravo!
Wow! Dein Klaralund ist wirklich super geworden! ich warte immer noch auf das Buch...
Your Klaralund is beautiful! I love how the colors came out. Now I'm wishing I'd done mine in those beautiful reds. :) Congrats!
Absolutely gorgeous! The color is beautiful, and you did a great job with the pattern. I think I need to break down and get this pattern....
I love YOUR sweater. The colors and the design is gorgeous. Looks comfy and classic. Is it itchy at all? My Fish sweater is itchy but I wear a long sleeved t-shirt underneath. I'd love to make this sweater in the future. Cute!
Simply WOW ! That colour is really nice !!
I'm using solid as well as stripes, as I didn't have that much yarn, but Klaralund is a bit backburned as of now ;-)

Your klara looks terrific! I love it in the reds!
Your Klaralund came out spectacular. I just love that colorway. I have been sooo busy, I haven't done much knitting at all. :-( I can't wait to finish Klara. Great job!!! ;-)
