More Grace

While looking for my bubblegum cotton-ease, I made a little progress on Grace. She may turn out to be a long term knit. Not so crazy about the mohair right now. But I will pick her up after a couple more projects are moved up from the hold baskets I have around here.

For some odd reason I bound off as the pattern notated instead of using short rows. Since the number of stitches differs from the front on the last rows, I thought my quest for 3-needle bind-off was foiled so what would be the point. But I am hearing that it is a challenge to seam it so the lack of ladders would have probably helped anyway to ease the parts together. The mohair I suspect won't be so easy to rip, so I may need to rethink my approach to this pattern before revisiting.

I've never knit anything larger than a scarf in Mohair although I do love Grace as a pattern. Beautiful biscuity colour you chose!
